When a successful interior designer asks you to transform her boring vinyl box into something reminiscent of her childhood near Princeton, New Jersey, you know you are in for a fun project. The programmatic goals were clear – she wanted a larger primary closet, a new front entry, and a house with timeless character. As a designer, she allowed us full freedom to create.

From the inception of the project, we carefully scaled and proportioned a design that seamlessly integrated elements reminiscent of the Georgian style. We introduced subtle variations to the six identical dormers on the front façade, adding depth and visual interest. Establishing a hierarchy in the window trim and shutters, as well as crafting a bespoke cupola to adorn the roofline, every aspect of the house underwent thoughtful consideration and meticulous detailing.
